RMBCC’s Annual Summer Picnic

A park for Beardies to run and play….
We’re meeting again at DeKoevend Park – our favorite place for the annual picnic. After lunch we will have a short annual meeting and present the 2023 awards.
The club will provide a deli tray with rolls and condiments. Everyone else is encouraged to bring desserts or salads and whatever refreshment you’d like.
If you have a portable tent or awning, please bring it for shade. Do include a chair for seating, water, baggies for your dogs.
PLEASE NOTE: We received a letter from South Suburban indicating that we had not paid attention to the ballfield’s rules allowing too many cars to park next to the facility. We will lose our right to rent the ballfield if this is not corrected.
THEREFORE, please just park where indicated below and carry everything to the field. Sorry a bit of a hassle but necessary.
Directions
6580 S. Vine Street, Centennial, CO 80122. Nearest cross streets are Arapahoe Road and University Boulevard. South Vine Street is the first light west of University. BMO Bank on the South– Post Office on the north. Turn on Vine at the Post Office, follow the road until you see the South Suburban Ice Arena on your right. Pull into the parking lot and go to the east side. Take the path across the Highline Canal and down a little hill. You will see the ballpark and set-up area directly ahead.
